Is it possible?
No. The other person blocked you for a reason, and only they can unblock you. That's the whole point. If they don't want to talk to you, they probably have a good reason and antagonizing them further will not help your situation.
Is it possible?
It's virtually impossible. Only thing you can try is to get their log in and password and do it yourself . Or you can change the last letter of your name or change it to something completely different and be added back.
