If its blocked by your computer, go to the tools menu, internet options, and then go to the security tab and looked at the blocked sites list. If it is blocked through a server, then you can't unblock it.

Go to your internet explorer, look for the tab that says "tools." Should be at the top near the "file, edit, view" etc bar is. Click on "tools" then click on "internet options." A new window shoould pop up. Click on the "security" tab and click on the green check mark that says "trusted sites" underneath it. Then click on "sites." There you should be able to enter a list of sites that you trust and should not be block from your computer. Enter www.myspace.com there and click "ok"

You might also have your cookies settings too restrictive. After you enter myspace on your trusted sites section you can go to the "privacy" tab and lower the cookies lever down to medium. That should work for you.
